Jag skulle egentligen skriva ett glatt och roligt bildinlägg idag, men så blev situationen vänd åt andra hållet. Min farfar ligger på sjukhus igen och han mår inte alls bra. Vi ska åka och hälsa på honom om en stund. Jag sitter hemma hos älskling nu ...

Nu har jag tränat, träningen blev inte riktigt som förväntad. Ludde var galen, as usual, jag insåg att jag har typ 20% muskelmassa i mina armar och det slutade med en gymnastiks-lek-bok vars leknamn blev sexuella fantasier- underbart!   Sa precis hej...
